Join us for a full day of elite-level wrestling instruction led by NCAA champions, EIWA champions, and professional athletes. The Rising Stars Wrestling Camp is designed for wrestlers of all experience levels who are ready to elevate their game technically, physically, and mentally.

• Morning technique sessions covering takedowns, setups, positioning, and mat control

• Live competitive drilling with direct coach feedback

• Dedicated mental performance session with Coach Tim Watson

• Midday lunch break

• Afternoon technique session covering scrambles, top and bottom position mastery
