Our number one job is to bring brand deals to our athletes. Our team connects with comapnies around the world on a day to day basis to create NIL opportunities for the talent we represent.

Our athletes are paired with a finacial advisor each quarter to learn about tax strategies, investing, and setting up life long finacial freedom.

Working with your college team can be stressful when it comes to negotiating NIL from the schools collective. This is why we provide legal counsel and will negotiate on our athletes behalf to ensure full satisfaction.

Athletes have access to our mental performance coach and will meet with them at least once a quarter. We want to make sure our athletes build mental resilience on the field, in the classroom, and for later on in life in their professional careers.

Our team has the ability to set up workshops and education for individual teams to entire organizations. This custom built program lets our team work with student athletes, coaches, and athletic department staff on everything from social media engagement, brand sponsorships, mental performance, and financial education.
 

We help with everything from resume writing, setting up your LinkedIn, to helping you land internships or connect with professionals outside of sports. Our athletes have landed internships with professional sports teams, music producers, and fortune 500 companies.
